Add a section to monster descriptions saying which abilities can be negated

(There was a discussion about this on Discord; filing an issue so there's no risk of it getting forgotten)

It's not always obvious which abilities can and can't be negated, and it would be nice if the UI made it easier to tell.

Comments by Tone, on Discord:

Would it make sense for it to only make the distinction if you have a negation source on you? It would add a yellow paragraph that says "If negated, would lose x, y, and z"? The game already sort of does this for attack staves I think the wording might be the hardest part to work out

This seems like a good approach to me, but it might result in a lot of duplication for monsters with lots of abilities. An alternative is bleezy's original suggestion to put negatable and non-negatable abilities in separate paragraphs.

I negated a troll expecting to remove it's regeneration. So I wouldn't mind something to indicate which abilities are innate, and which are magical. You could also color the abilities which are magical, leaving innate abilities white. I think it's mostly obvious except for a few abilities which need clarification.

I don't think it's so bad to just have this be a learned thing, but if we did it I think we should avoiding adding any more text

I like having it as something the player either learns from experience or has gleaned from literature, as Brogue makes these things fairly intuitive. I wouldn't think troll regeneration is magical because one assumes it's just a biological fact of trolls that they regenerate quickly. (I guess?)
