Separate default subfolders for saves, recordings, screenshots and other files produced by game play

A few folk have requested having the default locations for saves, recording and other files be separate from the base game data directory, and from each other. Perhaps just e.g saves and recordings directories hanging off bin? (Or perhaps at the installation root.)

Might consider implementing --save-dir, --recording-dir, etc options similar to the existing --data-dir. Default values for new options are taken relative to --data-dir for backwards compatibility.
