Improve searching UX?
It's not easy for players to learn how far their searches are going, or what the chances of discovery are. It might not even be clear that short searches actually do anything at first (though a player will probably learn this eventually).
Another source of confusion may be the reducing multiplier for discovering doors - this makes their certain discovery radius much smaller than traps.
Maybe the intuition-building is fine as is, but this issue can be a place for discussions/ideas.
Note that I include the actual game mechanics in "UX".
