permission issue in subtitle MXF

*Please fill in all defect information below.*

Product Version: 0.30.00
GUI or CLI: GUI
Operating system: OS X 10.10.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a SMPTE subtitle MXF file using the GUI
2. Try to extract the resulting MXF using asdcp-test -x

What is the expected output?
The original xml file + the font

What is actual output?
asdcp-test can not open the font file because of a permission problem:

Error opening file /157c66c7-793c-4b0d-8327-b72b6160481a: Permission denied
Program stopped on error.
File open failure.

The original font file (157c66c7-793c-4b0d-8327-b72b6160481a) has rwxrwxrwx
permission. I suspect this behavior is the reason why some servers (eg Dolby)
have issues playing back DCPs with SMPTE subs made in openDCP: they can not
open the font file.

I often get this error on picture or sound tracks on cinema tested and working dcps. Moving the files to another drive seems to help.
