0.30.0 Setup fails on Win7 64bit

Product Version: 0.30.0
GUI or CLI: GUI
Operating system: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

64-bit setup is crashing after choosing the installation path, OpenDCP is not 
installed. 
Downloaded the setup again, tried different path and started setup with 
administrator rights - no difference.

The 32-bit setup works fine, though.
