no support for SMPTE subs in CMD line mulitireel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.making multireel DCP with cmd line tool SMPTE
2.write all option as expected picture,sound and subtitles in SMPTE mxf
3.

What is the expected output?
DCP with  subtitle

What is actual output?
nothing !
 On screen write "acad_R1_pict.mxf Digest Calculation                [                    ] 100%"
and this last to infinite,but program is not stopped,crashed or freezed,just 
staying in this state as long as computer working (record is few hours.)
Otherwise computer and disks are very very very fast. If GUI is used (but for 
one reel only :-( ) then everything work ok, produce expected output and hash 
is get fast (1 min for 1 reel).With command tool it last for infinite. 
If its NOT smpte and without substitles command tool work ok for multireel.
subtitles are made with michael cinquin tool.
BUT Open dcp does not accept for SMPTE subtitles conversion (to mxf) any xml. I 
try michael cinquin SMPTE subtitle tool,try Subtitle edit both SMPTE 2007 and 
SMPTE 2010 xml pitput and Opendcp cannot accept it saying "Conversion failing" 
with no reason.

Forget to say OpenDCP 0.29.0 64 bit, Win 7 64

I can't reproduce on OSX or Linux, so it may be a Windows issue. Can you run 
the command with -l 4 (lowercase L, this sets the log level to debug).
