new installation on ubuntu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to install 0.27.1 direcly on a ubuntu 12.04
2.ubuntu software asks to repair because it misses some dependancies
3.installation fails

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
installation , no installation

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.27.1 on ubuntu 12.04 32 bits

Please provide any additional information below.
actually if you try to install first 0.26 and then update by installing 0.27.1 
and even 0.28, it works without problem.
The problem only deals with new installation with directly 0.27.1 (and may be 
directly 0.28) but I didn't tested it.
