OpenDCP Home Directory if to choose a Folder

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If you have to choose a Folder, OpenDCP always shows the Installation 
Directory

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Working Directory, or Last viewed Folder. Installation Directory of OpenDCP


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Open DCP 0.0.26 X64 GUI with Windows 7 Ultimate X64

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be grate if you can set a Home Directory as Setting in OpenDCP, 
otherwise it would be helpful if OpenDCP shows the last opend Folder in all 
Working Tabs

In most cases, it should choose the last opened directory, except the first 
time you start the program. The preferences functionality is being improved, so 
this is a good candidate to be added.
