Add a locale switcher in settings

Hey,

Thank you for building this tool, I think it has a really big potential.

It may be interesting to add a locale switcher in the settings section. Even if there isn't a lot of translatable strings atm (I think). It could be smart to handle this as soon as possible for the future features of the tool.

Btw, I can translate for the French version.
