Add VMware support

Add ability to build VMware images that can be imported to vSphere or an ESXi host.

I'm merging in stuff from a crappy hasty homebrew thing for the shop. We're based on VMware and not vbox, and our use of your setup requires some code insertion for vmware vs vbox. So, this could be In Progress. Yay!

Wow! Haven't looked at this repo in a year and didn't notice I had this as an enhancement. I put this repo down for the past year due to work taking up my time. Would love this so much. I need to rebuild my vmware environment at some point.
