I think Geographic Area is done, but cannot do partial determinations bulk update, or Collector update.

No, you can do a NEW determination, but you can't bulk MODIFY a determination. E.g. I have 10 objects with a OTU and year but no determiner, and I decide...

But isn't it in the "Wikidata" special class?

I understand if this is not a high priority since there will be an update to this task with the DWC import/export functionality.
