Shellshock fixes

Hi,

Since yours is the "base" (therefore semi-oficial) container for Archlinux and due to the shellshock bash fixes, I think the containers for arch (and dev) should be updated to ensure minimal security risks.

Since the image is based on 2015.06.01 I think this can be closed?

I'd appreciate a more recent update though, as the image is using an old version of pacman and thus needs a pacman-db-upgrade and might break in other ways soon.

@tmc If you're too busy to maintain this, I'd gladly take over maintenance and make sure it's rebuilt monthly as soon as there's a new Archlinux release upstream. My mail address is on my profile if you want to discuss. :smile:
