Is there a way to perhaps move the parent, and have all the children posts move with it?

Sorry I'm not sure I understand what you mean by parent and child posts. Are you perhaps referencing threads, replies, or both?

In any case, the bot is being rewritten from scratch and is presently nonfunctional.

So if someone posts, and then someone replies, if I move the original post to a different channel, the reply remains.

If I move a post, I'd like both the post, and all the replies, to move to another channel.

Good luck on the rewrite! ETA?
