Feature suggestion: Show real line number at relative line 0

My Vim 7.3 shows the actual file line number at the relative line 0. I think this is a superior format. Agree? Is this possible given that numbers are actually generated icons?

I think this is a good idea, I don't know why but I the icons are really small in my gutter. I would prefer if it was the same size as the old numbers. Or this there a way around this problem?
