Avoid horizontal scrolling of the top button bar

Having to scroll the top button bar horizontally is unconvenient: all buttons should always be visible.

Some ideas: make the bar wrap and continue on the next line? Avoid using labels or use abbreviations for the more "trivial" buttons? Use hovering labels?

Also, the blue border line drawn around "active" buttons is too thin, and almost indistinguishable from the usual gray line. Active buttons should be marked more clearly.

I dont agree regarding the horizontal scroll behaviour. The GitHub app does exactly the same in the issue overview.

It takes a little bit to get used to, but I don't mind it. I appreciate the extra screen space. But if there were a setting to toggle this, I'm sure some people would use it.
