Select today or creating "Today Bar"

My Gantt have Start Date 01.01 and End Date 31.12. We need to have "today" selected. If I open my Gantt it will show always 01.01 and I have to scroll to the right position.

Other Gantt Diagrams are using something like a "today Bar". Something like this: http://www.online-excel.de/excel/gragant/gantt1.gif
