Add example httpbin

This PR adds an example which uses httpbin.

I don't see the value in querying httpbin instead of running a service locally. We need something that is configurable and reproducible. This bench will vary a lot without providing any information about which factors contribute to that variance.

To improve our bench setup, I think it would be better to write a script which uses the existing bench but with a variety of different configurations for bandwidth + latency.
