Adjust drop-down expiry units list position

These changes offer a more aligned position, and a nice and orderly view of the drop-down expiry units list.

Can you remove the changes to the main plugin file and the .pot file?

Sorry this is opened against the wrong branch :( It also needs a tiny bit of refactoring since I am just using PostCSS now.
