I've created a tournament registration form: How can I correct entries made? And how can I display parts of the submissions to a public available page/post? Where are the posted forms saved?

Question still open. Could anybody please help: I need a possibility to edit posted forms and to create a public table of portions of posted forms. I'm glad to learn to do it myself, but, please give me a hint where to look... (programmer, but new to wordpress)
