Verify what the standard highlight bundle comes with and adjusts accordingly

The prerendering assumes that Julia> highlighting works as well as Julia-repl> ; the first one might not be true anymore and the second one was probably never true.

There probably needs to be some sort of commands to specify that we want Julia in there + the hack around metaj/metap/metas for the Julia-repl.
