Support for PipeWire or Jack under Linux

Hi,

I use Friture on GNU/Linux and I love it. However, Friture locks the ALSA sound device, preventing ohter applications to access it. For example, I can't record a session with Ardour while monitoring the input with Friture. Worse, when I launch Friture while recording with Ardour, Friture "steals" the audio input from Ardour and make it crash. This is not an Ardour issue. I tested with other software like OpenSoundMeter and Friture make them crash the same way.

My analysis of the issue is that Friture gets the sound device directly through ALSA, instead of registering a new PipeWire (or Jack) client. This looks related to PipeWire backend for better user experience on Linux #425.

Thanks by advance
