SPL spectrum and microphone calibration files

Closes #259. Adds a global setting that offers to input a microphone calibration file. This calibration is applied to FFT and SPL spectrum.

Also added a SPL dock and level value that offers to input a microphone calibration factor (see https://nl.mathworks.com/help/audio/ref/calibratemicrophone.html) to directly measure SPL

To be checked: Is a given calibration profile added or subtracted from the measured spectrum?
