What's the feature?

Like we have the option to change the default in this link: https://tldraw.dev/examples/ui/changing-default-colors, it would be helpful to have the same option of changing the default value for other styles like font, size and other options.

It's a good callout. You can change the font by similarly setting DefaultFontFamilies (like in the default colors link you have in the description). But you can't change the size easily at the moment.
