[Feature]: Smarter + Longer history

What's the feature?

We store some ad-hoc snapshots of all public rooms on R2 for 7 days. The bucket size currently is 386.71 GB

We could do a lot to

  • keep snapshots for longer
  • reduce bucket size by trimming the history, e.g. keeping max one snapshot per hour after a day.
