IDR connections

Hi @tlambert03,

capturing one thought from our conversation with @haesleinhuepf here: IDR has an additional login mechanism that helps to distribute the load over multiple servers. See:

I'm not sure if this would best be a separate plugin (napari-idr) or simply be an autodetection option for napari-omero, but I thought I'd bring it somewhere for discussion.
