select2 > 4.0.5 breaks microscope form

due to bad code within fpbase, the microscope form creates duplicate element IDs (data-select2-id) for dynamically generated OC forms. this used to work in select2 4.0.5 but no longer works now.
nothing else seems to be broken on the site by downgrading to 4.0.5 for now... fix the fpbase code then update.
