loss weight setup

Hi,

I saw the loss weight setup in your code. But I am a little confused that how do you determine that weight. The total weight of 11 class is not equal to 1 or 100. Can you please explain a little bit? Thanks!

these weights are computed using median frequency formula as mentioned in segnet paper
