My bios crashed after updating the bios and pressing Boot > PCI ROM Priority

Oh, please help I feel helpless. I have same motherboard I started following your guide and updated the bios and after pressing the Boot > PCI ROM Priority I restarted the computer and nothing moves the bios crashed can you please help me fix this, thanks...
