Audio can only be played/paused/stopped, cannot "go to" selected moment in podcast

It would be nice to be able to click the player and select which second of podcast is played. Currently when I click "stop" I cannot go to a moment that I stopped at, the whole thing will be played from the beginning. (nexus 5, android 5.1)
