Kodi 16.0 DLNA crashes dleyna-server

Over the last couple of weeks, I experienced several issues with the dleyna-server dbus process crashing (terminating) when a Kodi DLNA server instance was detected. Note this happened even if the Kodi server was not explicitly accessed by Mopidy. Sheer presence on the local network was apparently enough to stop Mopidy-dLeyna from working at all.

Maybe just add a note that Kodi 16.0 isn't such a great choice for now...
