Additional behavioral context for TTL Cache Docu.

Docu currently is unclear on how the TTLCache actually behaves on update of key Values. I added a short sentence to make it more obvious that keys get deleted regardless of update.
One could also additional note that "only reassignments of key will reset TTL of item"
