Skin was restructured recently, so dark theme won't be too hard to implement.

It's possible, but it needs to be manually changed in many places like [this](https://github.com/tkashkin/eOSSteamSkin/blob/master/eOS/resource/layout/steamrootdialog.layout#L7-L14)....
