the given image_list.txt for celeba-hq dataset is not complete

thank you for your work, i try to get the celeba-hq dataset (with h5tool.py), but only get 30000 img files. i find that the given image_list.txt in the given google drive url is not complete (only with 30000 rows). so how to get the complete txt file which is for 220599 image files?

i try to get the celeba-hq dataset, but I get the error about "Error: create_celebahq requires libjpeg version 8d" and I found the description on github said "Please heed the error messages – there is no way to get the commands to work other than installing these specific versions."

Then I check my environment using "sudo apt-get install lebjpeg8". However it showed that libjpeg is already the newest version (8c-2ubuntu8). After i try again, I still receive "Error: create_celebahq requires libjpeg version 8d". Is this version wrong? How can i solve this problem?
