Add Cmdline flags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I use hyprland as my wayland compositor, But I can't use shortcut to manage keycombiner.

As with any software, this can be improved by providing command-line control.

I think this solution can resolve Wayland's global shortcut bindings issue.

Describe the solution you'd like use cmdline to control some action, i.e. keycombiner --show instant_lookup...

Describe alternatives you've considered none
