[request] sqlite integration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not really. I hate having to go through the export csv --> import csv process anytime I add a new combination to my excel workbook. It would be cool to simply have an option to link with a sqlite file. Within this file, we could manage our combinations, adding more as desired.

Describe the solution you'd like Integrate sqlite, reduce friction for bulk import

Describe alternatives you've considered Other DB systems could also work but would add complexity/security issues/etc. Sqlite is simple :)
