Update to demo to work with express version 4

I have tried to get the system to work with express version 4 installing all the separate middle ware calls but failed at the last bit of routing- would it be possible to have a new demo based on express version 4?

Same here, actually, also checking out the Angoose to work with mean.js application (with express 4) project but failed with last RMI steps and post commands for routing. An updated example and/or example with some latest full stacks would be wonderful (e.g. mean.js or mean.io).
