Fix Safari downloads

...or does the new Safari support the right APIs?

Last time I checked, the Flash component Downloadify was necessary to make Safari work.

OTOH, the warning also triggers on iOS (unintentionally), which is useful... although in iOS10 it seems to be possible to download/upload files! (Just not actually edit the code, because CodeMirror doesn't like iOS.)
