Included in the atom-IDE package is a terminal emulator, and it should normally use the UI theme's colours, however in nebula it reverts to black.

Throw the users some animated screenshots through the theme's README.md , otherwise this may be passed on since it seems to be very similar and non-animated. Good luck!
