Multiterminal example?

How hard would be to provide an example where each of the peers was a their own terminal?

The API would requiring setting the number of peers separately from the number of arguments at the command line.

You would also have to explain how to move the intermediary state between instances.

Could this be done via a file/pipe/copy pasting?
