Missing quality scores QUAL

Hi, thanks for this useful tool. I do not get any quality scores (QUAL). Is that expected? Do I have to add some option to the command?

Hello, @schmart95

The quality scores are calculated when cuteSV detects the SV genotypes. So the --genotype parameter should be added to enable the calculation of quality scores. Hope it will help!
