Stop working at Thunderbird version 102.10.0-1

I just notice this ain't working anymore, also not after fresh Thunderbird install in a VM

Working OK here - same TB version, Win7. Did you make sure it's enabled in Add-ons manager and that at least one action is enabled in the configuration?
