Feature request: Expose message body as %body

There is %subject, %sender etc. It would be great to be able to also put %body in custom notification commands.

Great extension btw, thanks for doing this! This helped me because the Thunderbird bug of missing notifcations in local folders has been open for 15 years.

I somehow wasn't aware of %msg_preview (it's broken though, check #50). I think this is good enough and there is no need for an extra %body.

it would be great if the corresponding PR would be implemented. I miss the %msg_preview function
