Mailbox Alert doesn't display the content of the email

Hello,

Environment : Debian 10.6 + Thunderbird 78.6

I get the alert displayed on my screen. I configured the "action on click" to "open the message". When I click, it just displays a new empty Thunderbird window.

I find this happens to me when the alert fires before the mail has been done filtering. For instance, if an email arrives in my inbox, and then gets filtered into a different mailbox, I get alerts for both, and clicking the first brings up an empty window if the mail has already been filtered into the second.
