Good to see some activity here, recently migrated to lualine but would be very happy to come back given el is maintained again.

Do you think your could add some native support for displaying messages from LSP? Something like http://github.com/arkav/lualine-lsp-progress. I think el previously required lsp-status.nvim installed?
