It would be nice to include a sample mountainlab.env file that users can refer to when setting up envs. This could also serve as documentation of the various config options....

Test example pipelines

We should extend test/test.sh to include running some basic pipelines. Running the example scripts seems like a good start.

Update docs for installing ML processors that are not true python packages
