feat(user): support for teacher yearbook photos (closes #1623)

Proposed changes

  • Add support for teacher photos
  • Shows preferred photo on profile and all images on show all images
  • In Preferences
    • allows uploading new photos
    • allows selecting preferred photos from uploaded photos
    • allows deleting photos

Brief description of rationale

Teachers should be able to choose their own images. Already some precedent on ion of some teachers having their own custom images so we should make it more accessible.
