Teachers rejecting announcements doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

  1. As a teacher, attempt to reject an announcement request.

Expected behavior

The announcement is hidden and marked as rejected by the teacher.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens. Maybe it was never implemented?
