Update polls to include updated ranked choice views and fix UI

Feature description

SGA has changed ranked-choice to be a top 3 ranked vote, with the rule being that if there's no majority after three rounds of elimination, the plurality is voted in. Polls need to be ready before Q2 2022-2023 school year.

Suggested implementation(s) (if applicable)

• One big issue with voter turnout/reception/apathy was UI, I think the vision here is instead of a text field for each choice, possibly a dropdown
