Export document with poll results and email it

Feature description

One or two button(s) that would export a results document and email it to people that we ask it to.

Rationale for adding feature

Currently to report election results, we have to draft an email and type everything up. It would be nice to click a button and have all the results nicely formatted onto a document that we could attach to an email or just give Ion a list of emails to send the document to.

Suggested implementation(s) (if applicable)

  • PLEASE WAIT UNTIL #1002 IS DONE or we will have to redo this.
