✨ Webhook with Discord Embeds

As a User I want to setup a webhook connector with support of Discord embeds so that I do not have to setup a Discord Bot

🟢 In scope:

• Create a new connector type
• i18n
• Interface to add this new connector

🔴 Not in scope:

• Add new env vars to setup webhook connector automatically
• Update Discord Bot Connector to use Embeds instead of markdown.
